Restaurant Supervisor

Are you passionate about hospitality and ready to step up in a dynamic, vibrant environment? Our award-winning country pub in Hampshire is seeking an experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team.

We’re a bustling summer destination, featuring a large beer garden and a unique outdoor wood-fired pizza kitchen. Inside, our main house serves up to 70 covers with top-quality service maintaining 1 AA rosette for 2 years.

What we’re looking for:

·        Experience in hospitality and service supervision

·        A hands-on leader who thrives in a busy environment

·        Flexibility to work predominantly weekends (with some weekends off)

·        Overseeing professional, personalised service

·        Supervising and supporting service staff, including mentoring juniors

·        Maintaining exceptional standards of presentation, hygiene, and etiquette

·        Handling guest requests and complaints discreetly and professionally

·        Upselling premium dishes and wine pairings

·        Assisting with billing and end-of-service duties
